A collection of six arrangements and four guitar originals written with the first year student in mind.

The six arrangements are: House of the Rising Sun; Scarborough Fair; Auld Lang Syne; Hornpipe; What Shall We Do With the Drunken Sailor?; English Country Garden.

These are followed by two separate 'blues'-style pieces called Daisy Roots (in two parts which can be played as separate items or linked together, a piece for heroes titled The Warrior, and finally a frisky duet written for my two cats cunningly titled Whiskers.
